Baltimore Police announce Public Enemy No. 1 in shooting death of a mother of eight children

Baltimore Police announced Saturday afternoon they know who shot and killed a mother of eight at her home on June 12, and have named him Public Enemy No 1.
Darius Neal, 18, is wanted for the murder of Charmaine Wilson a mother of eight, six of those children are under 18.
According to authorities on June 12 Wilson called the police twice—first after two boys tried to steal her son’s bike, and the second time just after 9 p.m. when a group of boys assaulted her son.
Less than ten minutes after police left Wilson’s home, two men wearing mask shot Wilson twice in front of her children.
Moments later Wilson died from her wounds.

Davis said police are seeking the public’s assistance in brining Neal into custody. He said he expects Neal to be arrested by the end of this weekend.
“Because of his decision, eight children will never see their mother again,” he said. “This was a truly senseless murder.”
